Position: Business Continuity Manager – New Jersey


Celsius is looking for a Business Continuity Manager in Hoboken to work with the Financial Risk Officer to strategically grow the finance organization activities and support the company wide growth.


The ideal candidate is detail-focused, responsive, and works closely with the Financial Risk Officer to grow the business worldwide. He/she is passionate, willing to learn, and is able to demonstrate ownership as Celsius Network grows.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate business continuity planning and recovery across teams, particularly data security and finance.
  • Perform analysis to determine critical business processes.
  • Conceptualize and develop strategies to limit costs of emergencies and disasters.
  • Develop metrics for performance of business continuity programs.
  • Write policies and procedures, and provide training for business continuity.
  • Work with IT and FinTech department to build out a segregated trading environment and finance department infrastructure


Requirements:

  • Experience in business continuity in finance, especially with trading, including regulatory compliance.
  • Experience with cryptocurrencies is greatly desired.
  • Qualified candidates MUST reside in New Jersey or New York
