Responsibilities:


● Grow Celsius’s Institutional business, increasing number of clients and revenue generated from
the core lending business.
● Originate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing institutions across both crypto
native firms and traditional financial institutions entering into crypto. Build strategic
partnerships with key players to develop distribution channels who are looking to invest in digital
assets
● Develop plan and execute business strategy for HNW and corporate customers; and to
proactively retain and grow our client base
● Proven ability to manage the sales process from prospecting to closing with an ownership
mentality
● Ability to represent Celsius’s culture and values to our counter-parties and the digital asset
community
● Provide live-time lending market color and pricing across crypto and cash markets to institutional
clients and internal trading teams
● Work with sales and marketing to develop new content and collateral to highlight Celsius suite
of products and services


Job Requirements:
 
• 5+ years experience in a sales origination/client relationship management role within
fintech or traditional financial services, ideally prime brokerage or a related financing
business
• Established and productive network of crypto trading firms, Hedge funds and UHNW
relationships is a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills, entrepreneurial, analytical and problem solver.
• Adaptable to meet the evolving needs of a high-growth and fast paced organization
• Understanding of wealth management products and services; with interest in digital
assets
