This position is fully remote and can be located anywhere throughout the US. 

Main Responsibilities

  • Vendor Relationships - Work with current vendors to book crews to support moves, deliveries, and work to be done in offices.
  • Projects - Assist in coordination of projects to improve and support facilities. 
  • Provide POC support for smaller co-working offices by coordinating maintenance,  supplies and other requests needed for day to day functions.
  • Work with Recruiting to gather new hire location information and make sure those working in co working offices are set up with access.
  • Assist with vendor set up and install for all new offices as they come online.
  • Maintain and update workplace management software to ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain the department's internal online information portal (wiki).
  • Assist in company event planning and set up.
  • Support Global Office Operations Director as needed.


  • 3+ years of relevant experience in corporate workplace  
  • Ability to lift and/or carry or push up to 50lbs.
  • Advanced knowledge in tenant improvement projects 
  • Positive, proactive attitude and “can-do” mentality that is customer service oriented
  • Excellent listening skills, organizational skills, & strong communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, commitment to quality, & proven follow-through skills—a leader yet a team player
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under constant changing priorities and demands.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
  • Ability to have the multi-tasking and project-based mindset - what will it take to oversee this through project close out
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail/Sheets/Slides/Docs), Jira, & competent computer skills
  • Ability to work weekends/night as needed in order to meet the schedule demand.
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally on short notice.
