  • Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing accounting policies and procedures
  • Plan, direct, and coordinates the Financial Accounting Functions
  • Plans, supervise, and assists the accounting team in performing daily, weekly, and monthly accounting processes to correctly record, classify and control financial transactions
  • Establishes acceptable accounting procedures in revenue recognition and expense accruals sufficient to control the assets of the company effectively
  • Preparation and review of period-end financial statements
  • Responsible for the timely preparation and interpretation of all financial information, including financial statements, system ledgers, and other reports as required
  • Provides status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data
  • Assures timely responses to internal and external audit recommendations. Ensures that corrective action plans are developed and implemented where needed


  • Minimum 5 years of professional accounting policies analysis & formation as well as financial reporting experience (US GAAP & IFRS) - mandatory
  • Experience with developing, implementing, and maintaining accounting policies & procedures
  • Experience with financial reporting requirements & progressive accounting experience
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
  • Self-starter, ability to identify issues and resolve problems
  • Strong work ethic, accountability, and team mentality
  • Ability to articulate concepts and recommendations in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong experience in both the private and public accounting sectors is preferred but not required
