Position: Growth Data Analyst


Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze and structure data to develop insights about key business questions of material interest to the concerning department.
  • Work with the Growth, Marketing, and Product teams to own core experimentation and optimization analytics for growth and adoption. This involves A/B testing, cohort analysis, causal analysis, feature testing, among other growth based strategies.
  • Lead efforts to uncover growth opportunities such as optimized acquisition, conversion, cross-sell, usage expansion, or retention.
  • Collaborate with the concerned team to develop and set up dashboards and reports that create insight, intelligence, and forecastability.  
  • Perform extended research projects on particular topics of interest with a particular focus on business impact and the results of key market events and business decisions. 
  • Create data governance standards for reports and dashboards in collaboration with the data analytics team for the consumption of data across specific departments within Celsius (i.e. Compliance, Marketing, et cetera.)
  • Present findings from data mining in a narrative that is clear and easily digestible by various stakeholders regardless of their background in data analysis. This means clear charts, easy to understand metrics along with strong presentation skills, and ability to think on your feet to respond to questions.
  • Develop, deploy and maintain various pipelines for automating various dashboards for concerned departments.
  • Continuously work to maintain flow of data sources and increase data quality, integrity, and reliability from existing data sources.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in product based data analytics, data engineering, or a related field in a high stakes environment with demonstrated history of project ownership and execution. 
  • Excellent Python skills with aptitude in data analytics packages such as pandas, numpy, sk-learn, and others. 
  • Excellent SQL skills
  • Experience with product analytics platforms like Mixpanel, Pendo, FullStory, etc.
  • Experience with fast paced growth experimentation and have the ability to deliver data narratives with a product and business driven mindset.
  • Must be fluent in data analysis to filter out noise, deliver actionable insights, and provide critical recommendations to the business.
  • Excellent business visualization skills both in terms of technical competency and design aptitude. 
  • Knowledge of Google APIs (Sheets, Apps Script, et cetera) along with Google Cloud console.
  • Knowledge and experience with blockchain technology and the crypto ecosystem.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and resourcefulness
  • Strong multi-tasking skills along with ownership of a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities
