You will be a strategic and creative partner to the business in managing all aspects of the recruiting efforts. In this role, you will lead all recruiting efforts to attract, assess and cultivate talent from core and emerging sources. This includes identifying and building personal relationships with target candidates, managing a high volume of applications and leading and/or supporting large scale interview days, and cultivating relationships with hiring managers.


  • Sourcing and finding suitable candidates.
  • Screening and sorting CV’s of candidates for a variety of positions.
  • Advertising open positions on social media and other media channels.
  • Initiating contact via phone or email to screen professionals to qualify skillset and candidate alignment with all roles
  • End to end ownership of the recruitment process
  • Maintaining a dialogue with the hiring managers to understand strategy, providing updates and managing expectations
  • Demonstrating ability to prioritize and multitask in dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Building relationships with hiring managers, peers and HR partners acting as a trusted recruitment advisor
  • Negotiation of compensation with new hires and hiring managers


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience recruiting for Finance, Accounting, Risk and Compliance, Tax and Audit
  • Experience recruiting for a dynamic and global company
  • Knowledge of recruitment process, applicable laws and competency based interviewing skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities directly
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment with changing priorities and deadlines
  • Familiarity with MS Office and applicant tracking systems
  • Internet savvy with strong research skill
