  • Troubleshoot and solve technical issues with hardware and software.
  • Resolve helpdesk tickets for internal employees via phone, in person, or electronically.
  • Log bugs and enhancement requests for our IT and security systems.
  • Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed.
  • Provide introductory on-line & classroom training for company products.
  • Handle onboarding and onboarding of employees.
  • Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company.


    • At least 2 years experience in the IT field preferably providing customer support.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Good knowledge of Windows 10, Mac OS X, Office 365, G Suite management, Okta management.
    • Extensive knowledge of computer hardware systems.
      • Good communication skills.
      • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
      • Ability to manage projects and tasks in an organized fashion.
    •      Knowledge of LAN and wireless networks.
    •      Nice to have: Jira management, Endpoint management security software, Security tools.
