Technical Support Representative (Partnerships)


Responsibilities: 


  • Provide direct partner support via tickets, live chat and by phone
  • Identifying partner needs and helping partners use specific features
  • Troubleshooting and replicating issues, reporting product malfunctions
  • Follow up with partners to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Gather partner feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
  • Continually monitor processes and identify opportunities for improvements


Requirements:


  • 2+ years of Experience as a Customer Support Representative
  • Prior experience as a Call Center Representative is considered as an advantage
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting on the backend side (Node.js experience is an advantage) 
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Advanced level of English (C1)
  • Ability to work in shifts as part of a global environment
  • Team player that can also work independently
  • Be able to work in a global environment


Bonus if you have:


  • Strong familiarity with current concepts and technologies in crypto 


Celsius is currently operating fully remotely while navigating COVID-19 guidelines, however, Celsius has offices in Hoboken, New York City, London and Tel Aviv and employs remote employees based in cities all around the world. This position is open to all eligible and qualified applicants in the United Kingdom as we build our presence globally.
