Celsius is looking for an exceptional Sales Development Leader to further support the expansion of the Partner API program. As a Manager, Sales Development, you'll develop, train, and hire highly driven and enthusiastic team members. The Sales Development team is the first interaction with prospective Celsius partners and is key to the success of Celsius

This role reports to the Director of Partnership Growth.

What You’ll Be Doing (ie. Job Duties)

  • Manage a team of 4-6 Sales Development Representatives
  • Develop the sales, product and industry skills of each team member
  • Regularly report on Team/Individual Results
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency and Productivity

What We Look For In You (ie. Job Requirements)

  • 2+ years in the software sales space as both an SDR & closer
  • Experience managing and improving Sales Development KPIs
  • Proven track record of success as an SDR manager
  • Strong grasp of sales process and methodology to qualify and close new business opportunities, and the ability to teach it
  • Highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency and “getting the job done”
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on many cross-functional projects while effectively managing a team
  • A leadership style that delivers results through a healthy balance of proven strategy and creative approaches to all aspects of the sales process

Nice to haves

  • Exposure to managing multicultural relationships with institutions;
  • Demonstrable track record of building and/ or managing a sales team.
