Celsius is looking for an exceptional Sales Operations Analyst to further support the expansion and growth of our API Partnership program. Our Sales Operations Analyst will responsible for building and maintaining the operational foundation that enables our sales organization to run effectively and efficiently. This individual will act as an advisor to leaders in the Partnership sales organization and is responsible for helping crack the most important strategic and operational problems facing the business. As a Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst, you will be partnering with Partnership leadership to assess business performance and derive actionable insights focused on driving revenue growth, sales productivity, and customer value. 


The Analyst should have a strong strategic mindset and communications skills and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support critical business decisions. The candidate should also be able to handle highly sensitive, confidential, and non-routine information, have high attention to detail, be open-minded to challenge the status quo, and work in a rapidly changing organization while inspiring excellence from himself/herself and business partners. Our ideal candidate will be well-versed in Zendesk Sell, Gainsight, other business intelligence platforms, data modeling, and Excel. This role will report and work closely with the Director of Partner Growth to evolve or reinforce existing sales processes and implement new ones as we continue to scale.


What You’ll Be Doing (ie. Job Duties)

  • Lead operational processes of the sales organization, such as quota management, territory allocation, audits, reports, and dashboard development, data checks & maintenance
  • Track business performance and provide insights and recommendations to advise sales leadership on forecasting and day-to-day decisions
  • Support planning processes through data-driven recommendations and insights (e.g., customer segmentation, headcount, financial and territory planning, quota setting)
  • Establish strong working relationships with cross-functional partners (operations, product, HR, finance and systems teams) to achieve objectives
  • Function as Subject Matter Expert for tools and data from those tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zendesk Sell, Salesloft, InsightSquared, Gainsight)
  • Provide prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business issues related to the sales tools portfolio
  • Work directly with field sales, sales leaders and other team members to capture feedback for technology improvements and to promote adoption
  • Develop and maintain documentation on tools and best practices
  • Improve operational efficiencies through a combination of process, technology, and automation to improve sales productivity and insight
  • Drive behaviors to maintain data integrity to ensure accurate insights, positively affecting sales leadership's strategy and tactics
  • Measure tool effectiveness and use data and success metrics to guide tech stack roadmap, strategy, and optimization tactics

Skills And Experience You Should Have

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience solving technical business problems
  • Bachelor’s Degree in statistics, math, market research, or computer science
  • Direct experience in managing and driving value from sales technologies (Zendesk Sell, Linkedin SalesNavigator, Insight Squared, Gainsight, SalesLoft)
  • Understanding of core SaaS B2B technology business Sales and Marketing processes (lead management, outbound prospecting)
  • Proactive and passionate independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources and delivering results in challenging situations
  • Must possess business acumen, strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skill
  • Experience working and communicating with senior executives to solve complex business problems
  • Bring clear thinking and excellent problem-solving skills to a range of challenging business questions
  • Works effectively in an unstructured environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches.
  • Governs themselves with unquestionable ethics
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
