We are looking for an Executive Assistant for the Chief Growth & Product Officer of Celsius. The role requires prior experience in supporting a C-Level officer and/or an executive leadership team. This position will support a global and culturally diverse organization. The working location will be based in New York (remote and in-office) at least through the beginning of 2022.   The core responsibilities include:

  • Support the Chief Growth & Product Officer with scheduling management across multi-level time zones. 
  • Support the Chief Growth & Product Officer with projects and initiatives.  
  • Manage daily administrative operations to ensure effective functionality and coordination of the business organization. 
  • Proactively identify and address any immediate concerns or obstacles to ensure workflow moves smoothly.  
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and analytics as required.
  • Prepare  for internal and external meeting agendas and events, coordination of meeting review materials, travel arrangements, expense management, and other company logistics.
  • Manage and coordinate team communication. Ensuring management is aligned and prepared for all upcoming internal and external meetings, events, and initiatives. 
  • Act as liaison between the Growth & Product teams and other internal business units and functions.



  • 7-10 years of experience supporting a C-level and executive leadership team with Global responsibility and visibility. Preferably in a Growth & Product or Marketing organization.
  • Must have experience supporting, planning/scheduling, and managing tasks across organizations and leaders in multiple time zones and locations.
  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills and the ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects at once.
  • Proficiency in Google G-Suite and Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
  • Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge.
  • Ability to keep company confidences and build effective relationships.
