Learning & Development Coordinator - Position Description

This is a remote position with preference in EST

The Learning & Development Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of program logistics and administrative processes, related to the L&D Team. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to make decisions and address issues as they arise. They will also demonstrate an interest in developing their career within the Learning & Development field.    


Key duties for this position include the following:


  • Manage all logistics, enrollment, materials, scheduling, and communications for L&D programs, (e.g., New Hire Orientation, Management Development Programs, Professional Development Training Programs), and initiatives (e.g., 30-60-90 Surveys, Employee Satisfaction Surveys, Compliance Training)
  • Facilitate L&D measurement efforts through the compiling, distributing, tracking, and summarizing of program evaluation data
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the HRIS and LMS employed by Celsius
  • Maintain all L&D information socialized through internal HR systems
  • Serve as a central point of contact for all Celsius new hires, from the pre-onboarding process through employees’ first 90 days with the organization
  • Foster strong relationships with HR Business Partners and Regional HR Managers, towards ensuring timely communication of L&D initiatives and maintaining quality control over the global employee experience

The ideal candidate for this position will exhibit the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Demonstrates superior interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Able to identify gaps, mistakes, and occasions for improvement, as well as to make timely decisions towards addressing these opportunities
  • Maintains open, timely, and consistent communication with Sr. Manager of Learning & Development, demonstrating the ability to escalate issues in a timely fashion
  • Aptitude for learning new programs, (e.g., HRIS and LMS), with an intent to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the department
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite; specifically, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with the crypto currency space a plus
  • Experience with training delivery and/or instructional design a plus
