We are looking for an Executive Assistant for our reporting to the VP of Retail Lending Operations who has experience supporting a senior leadership. This position will support a global and fast paced organization. The working location will be hybrid; remote and in-office.   The core responsibilities include:

  • Support Retail Lending Operations leadership team with organizing various projects and initiatives.
  • Manage daily administrative operations to ensure effective functionality and coordination of the business organization. Proactively identify and address any immediate concerns or obstacles to ensure workflow moves smoothly.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and analytics as required for the leadership team as scheduled or as needed.
  • Manage leadership’s scheduling for internal and external meeting agendas and events, travel arrangements, customer management, and other company logistics.
  • Manager and coordinate team communication. Ensuring management is aligned and prepare for all upcoming internal and external events and initiatives.
  • Act as liaison between Retail Lending teams and internal business departments.



  • 5+ years’ experience supporting a senior leadership team. Preferably in a Financial business organization
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills and the ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects at once
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
  • Ability to keep company confidences and build effective relationships
