Position Summary: As a Global Payroll Coordinator, you’ll support the Global Payroll Manager in administering the global payrolls. You’ll also act as the first point of contact for employees, pay queries, and promptly reply with great customer service in mind.   

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:  

  • Support the Global Payroll Manager in processing global payrolls. 
  • Process all necessary paperwork and data inputs for new starters, terminations, and changes.
  • Check the accuracy of payroll data and payments delivered by our outsourced payroll providers.
  • Address and respond to queries and support colleagues to understand their pay.
  • Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies within payroll paying close attention to under and over payments.
  • Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law
  • Liaise with external vendors when required.

        • Team-player, collaborative and flexible. 
        • An understanding of payroll processes and international laws pertaining to payroll administration
        • High level of proficiency with MS Excel
        • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills
        • Strong sense of urgency and the ability to work well under pressure
        • Maturity, discretion and experience dealing with highly confidential information
        • Excellent communication and analytical skills
        • An interest in joining a growing organization and a willingness to collaborate and assist whenever, wherever
