    We are looking for a Strategic HR Business Partner who has experience, passion and an
    analytical mindset who can evaluate what is already in place and then identify gaps and areas
    for improvement and to be a champion for the very best working experience for all employees.
    This position working location will be hybrid remote and in-office. The core responsibilities
  • Understand the overall organizational structure and make recommendations as business
    needs evolve.
  • Function as a strategic business partner to key Company leaders and their respective
    organizations; engage in strategic planning meetings to translate business needs into HR
  • Support global HR initiatives and programs for respective business orgs.
    Build and maintain solid relationships management teams to design and integrate
    effective organizational design and people strategies, a diverse workforce and
    develop/retain top talent.
  • Execute talent management and development strategies to support organization’s
  • Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Recruiting, Learning & Development,
    Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions and help scale the
  • Thoughtfully engage with employees on general queries about compensation, career
    frameworks, internal mobility, and employee relation issues.
  • Qualifications
    5+ years of progressive HR experience. Bachelors Degree required.
  •  Effective working knowledge of broad range of HR functions; organizational design,
    strategic planning, understanding compensation plans & structures, talent management
    and employee relations.
  • Demonstrates solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business.
    Solid team management and change management experience. Must have previous
    experience lead and developing a high performing team.
  • Must work well across various teams/departments to achieve strategy goals. Fosters an
    engaging work environment.
  • Advanced HR analytic skills.
  • Experience helping global and/or matrixed organizations scale.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
