Celsius’ Communications & Employer Branding Manager will drive strategy and act as the main point of contact for all Human Resource and employee related communications & digital content.  The core responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement integrated communication plans and content strategies to meet organizational objectives. 
  • Write, edit and produce internal communications for a variety of platforms and audiences; employee communications, events, company intranet, CHRO comms and social media posts. 
  • Create communications tools and serve as a subject matter expert.
  • Provides support to leaders on communications best practices to enhance the employee experience; and develop and execute related communications plans and materials.
  • Create specific communications action plans, timelines, and defined deliverables that support the communication of internal messages.
  • Manage the content and communication calendar for internal intranet sites; content management, continued improvements of portal to ensure internal communication excellence.
  • Provide editorial, creative and technical support to team members.
  • Complete additional ad-hoc communication and content projects as required.


  • 5-7 years of progressive written and digital communication experience required. 
  • Cryptocurrency, Finance and/or FinTech industry experience a plus. 
  • Have strong working understanding of digital marketing and social media automation.  
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, advertising or public relations or relevant degree.
  • Ability to create fresh and appealing ideas for new content that establishes or supports the company's brand identity and HR communication strategies. 
  • Advance written and verbal communication skills. High level of comfort interacting and communicating with executives.
  • Experience collaborating and communicating with executive leadership.
  • Excellent writing skills across a wide range of deliverables; from traditional PR to digital platforms.
  • Ability to work well across various teams/departments to achieve strategy goals.
