Position: Project Manager


Celsius is looking for a talented Project Manager to join our Regulation Team.


The Project manager will be responsible for:

  • Executing business-wide projects
  • Helping building, growing and arranging the team
  • Maintaining Team task board
  • Organizing and maintaining business-wide policies
  • Working with different business units
  • Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and outstanding action items from the project stakeholders - both for projects and Team.
  • Manage projects from planning, execution, and go live.
  • Manage all human & technical integration points to ease the flow of the project’s execution.
  • Communicate updates and weekly reports to project stakeholders and drive issues to resolution
  • Set the right priorities for issues / Actions to ensure their resolution as an enabler for meeting projects goals

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Industrial & Management Engineering preferable
  • At least 2 years experience as a project manager in multi-disciplinary global company or equivalent
  • Highly methodical and organized
  • Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines
  • Ability to analyze problems, present options and facilitate the decision-making process
  • Finance/legal/risk background – advantage
  • Fluent English 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to distinguish between what’s important and what’s not.
  • Initiative person with a can do attitude and out of the box thinking,
