Position: Project Manager (Tel Aviv, Israel)

 

The Project Manager will be responsible for seeing through the overall execution of one or more mission critical projects. It will include collaboration with development team, as well as multiple parties globally, while closely monitoring the execution of large scale projects.

 


Responsibilities:

 

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation


Qualifications:

 

  • BA in computers, management, industrial engineering or equivalent
  • At least 2-3 years of project management experience in a Hi-Tech company
  • Strong communication skills
  • A go-getter, works well independently, proactive and self-motivated
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to deliver
  • Have a wide angle vision and system-wide perspective of software and online products
  • Detail oriented, organized and methodological mindset
  • Strong ability to multi-task and to prioritize and re-prioritize tasks due to frequent changes, delays, interruptions and unexpected events
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Basic technical understanding of software development lifecycle and terminology


Celsius has offices in Hoboken, New York City, London and Tel Aviv and employs remote employees based in cities all around the world.  This position is located in our Tel Aviv office.
