Position: Learning and Development Manager

We are seeking a Learning & Development Manager to join our Celsius team! The ideal candidate brings strong skills in program design, curriculum development and is driven to create and embed new company-wide learning programs across compliance, onboarding, manager and leadership development, core business competencies, and more.


This individual will work internally with teams to build, curate, and support learning content and experiences, explore new learning methods, and build learning solutions to serve our team members globally.


Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have 5+ years and strong experience in the development of learning programs in a high-growth, global company, and strive to stay on the forefront of innovative learning practices.




  • Conduct continuous needs assessment across the organization to align curriculum to learning and development needs of employee population.
  • Design, deliver, deploy, and evaluate a multi-channel curriculum to develop leaders across the organization to effectively drive high performance and engagement (virtual, self-paced eLearning, in-person, meeting based).
  • Develop and execute on a strategy to provide clarity and process to career mapping.
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects with quick deadlines and work on assigned projects as needed.
  • Drive business success through talent--know the business inside and out and what talent is required to meet the strategic outcomes of the business.
  • Stay current with L&D Industry trends and best practices to elevate learning offerings.
  • Collaborate with business lines to develop and implement employee development programs, including career development, mentoring and leadership development.
  • Promote employee adoption of self-development options through eLearning, Intranet, professional development opportunities and management coaching.
  • Work collaboratively with departments and teams to ensure effective change management is executed.
  • Foster and demonstrate a workplace of inclusive creating opportunity, serving others, innovation, exceeding expectations and honoring Celsius core values.

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 2 years in Learning & Development
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate and deliver training sessions in a professional and effective and innovative manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience in curriculum development, creation and implementation is desired
  • Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work assignments in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products required
  • Strong attention to detail and sensitivity to deadlines
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment



Celsius is currently operating fully remotely while navigating COVID-19 guidelines, however, Celsius has offices in Hoboken, New York City, London and Tel Aviv and employs remote employees based in cities all around the world. This position is open to all qualified applicants in Cyprus as we build our presence globally.
