Role: Project Manager for the API program 


Who we are looking for… 

A Project Manager for our best-in-class API program (aka Celsius As A Service or CAAS)  that is highly caring, highly creative, and highly organized. This individual would be working intimately with our partner platforms to implement, advise and support throughout the integration process to ensure a successful product launch. In addition, the Product Manager works closely with our BD team and engineering teams to define and manage their execution of the requirements agreed upon and the ultimate vision each partner has. 


You, the Project Manager, have a keen eye for the gaps in our partner’s build process and can make the recommendation based on our expertise or source the necessary answers to ensure launch timelines are met. You’re a highly curious problem solver with a proven ability to co-strategize, direct, and manage the full lifecycle of a product’s implementation — from ideation through release. You have a deep understanding of product design and modern technology stacks, enabling you to communicate with both design and engineering teams. Your passion for quality means that all integrations are both successful and extraordinary .


The partnerships team is also looking for someone interested in growing as a confident leader who has experience organizing cross-functional teams to build exciting products and ventures, deliver on our partners requirements, and grow Celsius’ list of successful launches.

 

Your Objectives

 

  • Guide the vision of our partners, translating their goals and business requirements into intentional research, design, and software guidance 
  • Manage our client's expectations, goals, and objectives with task-level organization
  • Drive the various stages of integration and development by providing support to and management both internally and externally
  • Manage and uphold the agreed upon and scheduled milestones, checkpoints, and deadlines for our partners project builds
  • Lead partner production teams with constructive and solution-oriented feedback and recommendations
  • Identify, prepare, and communicate key opportunities for the growth of our partner relationships
  • Learn and become proficient in the procedures and protocols for executing on our specific service offering

 

Your Daily Responsibilities

 

  • Manage partner relationships and communication in professional manner
  • Build out and maintain the project management environment(s)
  • Maintain communication across partners, team members, and executives on the health of our on-going integrations
  • Schedule and lead regular, frequent steering calls with partners throughout the integration process
  • If technical development is required, translate product strategy and product requirement documentation (PRD) into actionable instructions for brand, prototype, and development
  • Maintain task-level production timelines across multiple partners and internal departments
  • Inform directors and leadership of potential risk and points of failure that can impact the timelines and quality of projects and deliverables
  • Performs quality assurance (QA) procedures across all project’s milestones, checkpoints, and deliverables
  • Over-communicate with leadership, technical team, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products
  • Communicate and involve peers and leadership when needing support in any way
  • Prepare solution-oriented updates for Partnerships team on a weekly basis

Skills & Qualifications

 

  • We value a passion for learning and the self-awareness of how you learn best
  • 3-5 years experience in a dynamic project management role
  • Proven experience managing all elements of the product development lifecycle (product requirement documentation; business requirements, persona development, user journeys, feature descriptions, information architecture, application workflows, software development, etc.)
  • Experience with resource allocation and management SaaS tools and methodologies (Notion, Jira, GitHub, Asana, Scrum, Agile, Sprint-based)
  • Experience with product design and development tools and frameworks (Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe Creative Suite, Node.js, Ethereum)
  • Experience with modern technologies, engineering tools, and engineering role proficiencies 
  • Highly effective cross-functional team management
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Highly skilled communicator, with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills

 

Preferred & Bonus Qualifications

 

  • Degree in Product Management, and/or Computer Science
  • Previous experience as a product or user experience designer
  • Previous experience as a software developer
  • Previous marketing experience
  • Proven successful product launches under your management, proven metrics
  • Demonstrable knowledge as SME in product development and user experience
  • Agency and client services experience
  • Start-up, fast paced, and founder related experience
  • Blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and financial technology (fintech) experience
