Position: Technical Recruiter/Onboarding Coordinator

Location: Israel – Tel Aviv


 

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the recruitment processes from beginning to end.
  • Working alongside managers and new recruits throughout the recruitment process
  • Screening and sorting CV’s of candidates for a variety of positions.
  • Conducting over the phone and face-to-face interviews with candidates- interviews will be partly conducted in English.
  • Proficiency in sourcing and finding suitable candidates. 
  • Advertising adds on social media and other media channels.
  • Coordinating job interviews with candidates and managers while working closely and in sync with the HR team.
  • Assisting with new hire onboarding activities.
  • Working on an internal recruitment system – BambooHR.
  • Work in a global dynamic environment.
  • Reports to Talent Acquisition Manager.

 

Requirements:

 

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a High-tech company
  • BA in social studies, or equivalent
  • Excellent command of the English language (speaking, reading, writing).
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a recruiter for technological / high-tech positions
  • Excellent command of MS Office tools (Word, excel, PowerPoint)
  • Highly articulate in Hebrew and in English
  • High ability to self-manage.

 

 

Celsius is currently operating fully remotely while navigating COVID-19 guidelines, however, Celsius has offices in Hoboken, New York City, London and Tel Aviv and employs remote employees based in cities all around the world.
